About Eric
Born Sept. 7, 1979, I was raised to
work hard on a potato farm in Aberdeen, Idaho where
I also learned the importance of integrity, honesty
and the joy that comes from working one on one with
people.
Before graduating from BYU-Idaho, I
met my sweetheart, Victoria Ogden from Rigby, Idaho,
and we married Sept. 4, 2003. June 14, 2006, our
family grew two more feet when our first child,
Nykelle, was born. She’s been such a fun addition
and we enjoy lots of activities together. Our family
hobbies include enjoying the outdoors, sports, and
spending time with family and friends.
I’ve always had an interest and
passion for Real Estate and Investing. I spend
countless amounts of time educating myself as to the
smartest investments and updating myself on Utah’s
current Real Estate market so that I can be most
beneficial when helping you buy, sell, or invest in
Real Estate. While in Real Estate I’ve received
Re/max Result’s “Rookie of the Year” Award and was
also nominated and in the top four for Salt Lake’s
Board of Realtors “Rookie of the Year”.
I go the extra mile to ensure you
are happy with the service I provide. I take the

My wife and I were extremely weary
to use a realtor with the sale of our existing home.
We had an awful experience with our first realtor,
so we thought we could do it on our own. We came to
know Eric through a few associations, and found him
to be energetic, intelligent, and knowledgeable
about real estate.
When the time came for us to sell our home, we
talked to Eric about a few options, and decided to
have him sell our house for us. I had a few ideas of
what I wanted our realtor to do; and not only did
Eric do everything I imagined a great realtor would
